About me:
I have worked in finance/accounts for most of my working life, juggling it with being a Wife and Mum. In 2005 I qualified as an AAT Technician as it suited my work, but I never felt it was really me. When I hit the ‘big 40' I was recovering from a major operation and at a turning point in my life. I joked with family and friends that I still didn't know what I wanted to do with my life; well now I know – it's Health Kinesiology!
Like many others I was bought to HK by chance, recommended by my chiropractor. I had some amazing treatments which quite simply changed my life. My therapist became my tutor, and in June 06 I had my first HK course, and from day one have been totally hooked. I am naturally a sensitive person, which I used to believe was a handicap, but with HK it is a gift. HK is a wonderful, powerful and very, very special therapy. I am as enthusiastic today as I was on my first day of training, a fact that has not gone unnoticed by my clients!

My aim is to give every client my very best attention, to help them with whatever it is that they need; to do for them what HK has done for me – and some more! Sessions are relaxing, non-invasive, often funny, always interesting and unique. They start the healing process which can be calming or energising, the resulting changes subtle or dramatic and every now and again they are totally awesome and jaw-dropping!
