Tera Mai Reiki & Seichem
As well as practicing HK I am also qualified to practice and teach Tera Mai Reiki and Seichem and am increasingly incorporating this into HK sessions with clients. I feel this adds another exciting dimension to the work I do with clients and the feedback I have received certainly confirms this.

Tera Mai is a system of natural healing incorporating the healing methods of Reiki and Seichem. Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Force, and was re-discovered as a healing technique in the 19th century. Seichem was reputedly one of the healing arts practised in ancient Egypt . The Tera Mai system differs from traditional Reiki in that it combines the energies of all four elements; Earth (Reiki), Air (Angeliclight), Fire (Sakara) & Water (Sophi-el) to achieve a more balanced healing.

The healing itself involves different techniques such as the practitioner laying hands on different parts the body, and releasing trauma from different parts of the body and energy system. The client may experience sensations such as tingling, heat, cold, gentle pulsing, or even a gentle breeze. The effects can be profound, helping the body to relieve pain, eliminate toxins, release stress, increase vitality and promote well-being.

In order to channel the healing energies of Reiki & Seichem for yourself you must be attuned to them by a qualified Tera Mai teacher. The system consists of standardized attunements, which ensures the integrity and quality of the energy transfer. There are three levels of training within the system and I offer course at all three levels allowing you to progress.
